If you would like your property to be regular cleaned we can put you on a 4-6-8 week cleaning cycle. This level of commitment will ensure your properties windows, doors, ledges and frames are always looking fresh. Conservatory's and conservatory roofs can be cleaned with additional charge. It is recommended you have your conservatory roof cleaned at least once a year to avoid staining and blocking the sunlight in the summer.

GUTTER, FASCIA & SOFFIT CLEANING

This service includes the cleaning of all the uPVC on your property where the dirt has built up over time. This service is recommended around once a year to aprevent the elements staining your white uPVC. We utilise the most up to date cleaning methods to insure our customers are happy. If you keep on top of cleaning the uPVC your property will always look fresh just like new.

GUTTER CLEARANCE

This service includes the vacuuming of all the gutters around your property, this service is recommended to be done once or twice a year and can prevent mild from forming in your property. If a gutter is blocked, heavy rainfall could cause the gutters to overflow and the water will pool at the base of the building which will seep into the foundations and weaken the structure of the house.

It is best to stay on top of clearing your gutters for the overall well being of your property.
